Ihre Aufgaben

Development of customer centric products and establishment of product owner role within BWT
Collaboration with internal customers, early adopters and stakeholders
Distilling user inputs into stories, technical tasks and acceptance criteria
Validating requirements against implementations
Continuous monitoring of impact on business and customer value
Aligning and prioritization of projects, standardizing of work flows and defining improvements

Ihr Profil

Degree in technical or business study and 2+ years of work experience in delivering successful products to multinational customers
Solid background in requirements engineering, product lifecycles and maturity gates
Experience with ALM tools e.g. JIRA, Confluence
Strong coordination and negotiation skills
Passion for technology and understanding of software and hardware development
Fluent in English written and spoken, German beneficial
