Fast & Reli­able Delivery:

We deliver your order to any address in Germany. To do this, please simply enter the delivery address when entering your details. Unless other­wise stated in the item descrip­tion, delivery within Germany takes place within 4 working days after sending the order confir­ma­tion.

International shipping costs are € 10,00. For orders over € 200,- the delivery is free of charge.

Parcel Ship­ments:

For deliv­eries with a maximum weight of 31.5 kg, we use our ship­ping service provider DPD. With DPD we can guar­antee you a fast and reli­able delivery of your parcel ship­ment.

Freight Ship­ments:

Partic­u­larly large or heavy prod­ucts are shipped with our freight forwarder Dachser. These forwarding items include prod­ucts weighing more than 31.5 kg or with a belt measure­ment of more than 300 cm.

Please note that these deliv­eries always come with a tele­phone noti­fi­ca­tion from the freight forwarder. This way, you are well prepared and can conve­niently plan the delivery.

If an item does not meet your expec­ta­tions, you can return it free of charge within 14 days.

You can easily register the return in your account and print out the return label. You can then send your parcel back to us with DPD. Please note the instruc­tions for returning hazardous goods (BWT CO2 cylin­ders)

For the return of freight items and bulky prod­ucts, such as tele­scopic poles, please contact us directly at: [email protected].

This applies to arti­cles weighing more than 20 kg, longer than 100 cm or with a belt measure­ment of more than 250 cm.

Our stan­dard returns service is not possible for these prod­ucts. In the event of a return request, we will be happy to deal with your request indi­vid­u­ally.
