Are the glass carafes and drinking glasses of high quality?
Yes, of course. As always with BWT, you can count on the best quality for the drinking glasses as well. The carafes are mouth-blown and made of crystal glass; models with a beautifully shaped pendulum lid are also available. These carafes also come with useful AQA tags in white and pink, which you can use to easily mark whether the water you are filling is still or sparkling. Also made of high-quality crystal glass are the BWT water glasses and the tried-and-tested Horeca glass bottles - which even come with an elegant screw cap.
In principle, all glassware can be washed in a standard household dishwasher - the carafes' pendulum lids and the caps of the glass bottles, however, should be cleaned by hand.
What filling quantities are available?
The beautifully designed glass carafes hold - depending on the model - 1 to 1.2 litres of your filtered drinking water. Our Horeca glass bottles are available in three different 6-packs - with bottles of 375, 500 or 750 millilitres each.
