FAQs
The green LED indicates that MIXXO is ready for use. Check that the device is correctly connected to a power source. If the LED does not light up, make sure MIXXO is properly connected and try again.
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone and that MIXXO is switched on and within range. If MIXXO is not displayed, restart the Bluetooth search process and check that no other devices are interfering with the connection.
Make sure Bluetooth and location access are enabled on your smartphone, as the BWT Home app requires these permissions to pair MIXXO. Also, check that MIXXO is switched on, within range, and correctly connected to a power source.
Should the problem persist, document all relevant information, such as error messages, and contact BWT support. Our team will be happy to assist you with the setup.
To install the BWT MIXXO, first connect the inlet hose to the cold water supply and the outlet hose to the faucet. Then insert the filter cartridge and ensure it is securely in place. Turn on the water supply, check the connections for leaks, and switch on the MIXXO. The green LED indicates that the device is ready for use. Finally, you can pair the MIXXO via the BWT Home App to access all its features.
