The orga­nizer of the give­away is BWT Holding GmbH, Walter-​Simmer-Straße 4, 5310 Mondsee, Austria (in short "Orga­nizer" or "BWT"). All personal terms used in these condi­tions of partic­i­pa­tion have been written in the mascu­line form for ease of reading but apply equally to both genders. Partic­i­pa­tion in the compe­ti­tion is only possible under the condi­tions listed here. By partic­i­pating, the partic­i­pant expressly accepts these condi­tions of partic­i­pa­tion. The orga­nizer reserves the right to cancel or termi­nate the compe­ti­tion at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. There is no legal claim, further­more the legal process and/or a cash payment are excluded. The winner is not obliged to accept the prize.

1. Imple­men­ta­tion period: the give­away starts on 22.09.2021 at 14:00 CEST and ends on 26.09.2021 at 23:59 CEST ("imple­men­ta­tion period").

3. Partic­i­pa­tion: Regis­tra­tion for the give­away is free of charge. The partic­i­pant is a subscriber to the Insta­gram/Face­book page of BWT https://www.insta­gram.com/bwt_best­wa­tertech­nology/, https://www.face­book.com/bwtgroup and must comment on the give­away post. Partic­i­pa­tion in the give­away is only possible in the stated imple­men­ta­tion period.
4. Eligi­bility: Persons who are at least 16 years old at the time of partic­i­pa­tion and who are resi­dent in the EU or Switzer­land are eligible to partic­i­pate. No prizes will be distrib­uted to partic­i­pants under the age of 18. Employees of BWT Holding GmbH or employees of compa­nies affil­i­ated with BWT Holding GmbH as well as all persons involved in the creation of this compe­ti­tion are excluded from partic­i­pa­tion.

5. Drawing of winners: After the end of the period of imple­men­ta­tion, the winners will be deter­mined under exclu­sion of the public, under guar­antee of the random prin­ciple and exclu­sively from the comments under the give­away posting. Winners will be noti­fied by tag, comment and or direct message on the respec­tive network. Winners must then provide their full contact and address infor­ma­tion to the give­away orga­nizer via a private message within 24 hours to claim the prize and initiate the prize ship­ment. If the winner does not confirm accep­tance of the prize within this time, the claim to the prize will be forfeited without compen­sa­tion. There is no legal claim, further­more the legal recourse and/or a cash payment are excluded. The prize will only be sent to the stated desti­na­tion address within the EU and Switzer­land.

6. Decla­ra­tion of consent under data protec­tion law: Partic­i­pants expressly agree that BWT Holding GmbH may process the personal data required for the design, imple­men­ta­tion and handling of the prize draw and pass this data on to the asso­ci­ated compa­nies in Austria and affil­i­ated compa­nies. This data will be stored for the dura­tion of the give­away and deleted after the end of the give­away. The following data will be collected from partic­i­pants by BWT Holding GmbH and stored: first and last name of the partic­i­pant, address. Each partic­i­pant can with­draw this consent at any time in writing without giving reasons to the orga­nizer (by mail to: BWT Holding GmbH, Walter-​Simmer-Straße 4, 5310 Mondsee or by e-​mail to: social@bwt-​group.com) with effect for the future. Like­wise, each partic­i­pant is enti­tled to receive written infor­ma­tion about his stored personal data and any recip­i­ents, as well as to demand their correc­tion, blocking or dele­tion, provided that other legal regu­la­tions (such as legal storage oblig­a­tions) do not prevent this.
The partic­i­pant agrees that his name or user­name will be published on the website or the Face­book and Insta­gram page of the compe­ti­tion provider in the event of winning. After claiming the prize, the winner infor­ma­tion is removed again from public visi­bility within 24 hours after claiming the prize.
