Description

With this stylish glass carafe, you will enhance any table, whether at home, in meeting rooms or in the office. The large opening makes it easy and convenient to fill, even with ice cubes or fruit and herbs. The shape of the carafe makes it pleasant and comfortable to touch and the shapely lid with 360° spout allows glasses to be filled unerringly. In addition, the glass carafe is mouth-blown and framed by a silicone rim. The included AQA tags in white (sparkling) and pink (still) can simply be clipped onto the lid and indicate whether the carafe contains still or sparkling water. From now on, guesswork and shaking are a thing of the past.

Cleaning instructions

We recommend cleaning the carafe by hand. We suggest using a bottle brush made of foam or natural bristles. The body of the bottle can be cleaned in a standard household dishwasher. Turn it upside down and place it in the middle of the dishwasher. This is the best place for the water jets to reach the inside of the carafe. The cap is not dishwasher safe.

Reinigungshinweise:

Wir empfehlen die Reinigung per Hand. Dabei empfiehlt sich die Verwendung einer Flaschenbürste aus Schaumstoff oder Naturborsten. Der Flaschenkörper kann im handelsüblichen Haushalts-Geschirrspüler gereinigt werden. Hier empfiehlt es sich, die Karaffe auf den Kopf zu stellen und sie mittig im Geschirrspüler zu platzieren. Dort erreichen die Wasserdüsen das Innere der Wasserkaraffe am besten. Die Verschlusskappe ist nicht spülmaschinenfest.

All BWT carafes made of glass can be put in the dishwasher for cleaning. However, the lid is not dishwasher safe and should be cleaned regularly by hand with warm water and a little detergent.

In general, we recommend washing the carafe by hand to maintain the longevity of the product.

If you clean the BWT glass carafe by hand, we recommend using a bottle brush made of foam or natural bristles. This can be used to remove coarser dirt and rinse with clear water. A bottle brush can also be used to reach the bottom of the bottle.

When cleaning in the dishwasher, it is recommended to turn the carafe upside down and place it in the middle of the dishwasher. There, the water jets reach the inside of the water carafe best.

We do not recommend filling the glass carafe with hot liquids because of the risk of glass breakage due to material stress. In general, filling glass with hot liquids should only be done with extreme caution. Please also note the risk of burns.

The protective cap can be removed by turning and can be cleaned separately. Afterwards, simply screw it back on.

The silicone tags, so-called AQA tags, are used exclusively to identify still or sparkling water in the carafe. They can easily be attached to the eyelet on the lid.

The white AQA tag identifies "sparkling" water and the pink AQA tag identifies "still" water.

No, the BWT glass carafe is not suitable for heating drinks in the microwave.

The carafe is made of high-quality mouth-blown glass and to ensure that the lid fits well, the silicone lip must be very tight. Putting the lid on by wetting the seal or "twisting" the lid in allows for easy handling after filling the carafe.

Yes, the silicone ring on the lid can be removed. We recommend removing the silicone ring when cleaning the glass carafe, especially when cleaning in the dishwasher, so that no food residues can collect underneath. After cleaning, the ring must be put back on the lid so that nothing can spill out next to the lid when pouring.

Yes, the BWT glass carafe can be placed in the cooling compartment of a standard refrigerator to cool the drinks. It should not be placed in the freezer.
