Optimum Water for the Vintner Wine
is a demanding drink.
To ensure the best quality wine, it is critical that a high standard must be implemented right from the start of the production process. Wine production requires a large amount of fresh water, which is required in for a wide variety of work areas, such as cleaning wine barrels made of oak or acacia wood, stainless steel tanks, filters, glass bottles and vintage crates. BWT water systems ensure best water is provided that tastes good and is hygienic. The pendulum operation keeps the water flowing, and germ protection is integrated directly into the device. The result is water that has top quality standards in all areas.
VINEYARD

The wines and the grapes are exposed to bacteria, viruses, fungi, and also to birds and wild animals. The use of chemical or ecological sprays is almost unavoidable for a good yield and is used primarily to protect the plants. However, the spray should be well dosed. The softer the starting water used (use local well water, local water), the better the spray sticks to the fruit and therefore less spray is used. Good for your wine production and for the environment.

The well-water is transported to the winery by means of an underwater pump and a pressure vessel.
