2. What personal data do we collect, process or use?

Your personal data will be used exclu­sively for the purposes stip­u­lated in this Privacy Policy and to the extent required for such. We will not disclose your data without your consent, unless such disclo­sure is required in the cases illus­trated in this Privacy Policy or those covered by manda­tory national legis­la­tion. The use of specific services on our website, i.e. user account, newsletter, contact form, may require prior regis­tra­tion and further processing of personal data. However, we will only use this data if you have know­ingly supplied it to us and have explic­itly provided your consent for it to be used. In these cases, there­fore, we will request your consent clearly and unam­bigu­ously on our site and provide addi­tional infor­ma­tion via a hyper­link at the rele­vant place on the site.

3. Access, correc­tion and dele­tion of personal data

You can access infor­ma­tion regarding the personal data stored by us at any time. You can also view your user account to check, correct or delete any data you have submitted. If it is not possible to delete your infor­ma­tion, or if dele­tion is only possible at a later date for legal or commer­cial reasons, such data will be blocked. If you want to perma­nently delete your user account, any data stored in your user account will be auto­mat­i­cally deleted in its entirety. You can also with­draw your consent for the use of your personal data at any time, in writing.
